Our club transforms badminton — a sport that requires partnership, communication, and strategy — into a platform for organic networking between business students eager to learn and professionals looking to mentor and discover talent.

Our Founder's Story
What is more valuable than human connections?
It is what holds society together.
My name is Lily, and I have been playing badminton for almost 7 years. At first it was just a hobby that I picked up, but it soon played a much bigger role in my life than I could have ever imagined possible. The people that I trained with became my closest friends- the individuals that I would go to for life advice, the teammates that I competed with became my strongest emotional support group. The culture of badminton is also what made the journey so enjoyable: courteous and competitive on court, friendly and chatty off court, creating the perfect recipe to getting to know one another and bond through this common interest.
Badminton is how I connected with my business partners and associated mentors who had the most exciting startup experiences with the most chill and interesting personalities. If we had not played badminton together, Clear and Connect would not exist.
Our mission is to initiate connections between badminton enthusiasts to form long-lasting relationships that could blossom into opportunities of a lifetime.
